GS - Facing & Finishings

Learn how to use interfacing. Learn how to properly understitch a garment. Learn how to add facing to your collar and sleeves. Supplies are provided. Participants can bring their own fabric to work on. The project will utilize 2-3 yards of cotton. By the end of the workshop, you will learn how to make a sheath dress from beginning to end. Participants can bring their own fabric to work on; however, we ask that the material not be stretchy.

If you would like to create matching accessories (ie. clutch purse, hemmed scarf) for your dress to finish the look, just add a couple of  "Sit and Sew" hours to your project.
